Typical Reception Timeline and what to expect:
We will customize your event just the way you want it. This is just a
guide of how a typical wedding will flow. We will iron out and finalize
all the details with the help of our Reception Worksheets, just to make
sure that no stone is left unturned.
Cocktail Hour -
In addition to your requested music, I will play a blend of mid tempo
standards, jazz or instrumental songs. If cocktails are in a separate
area, a Second System may be needed.
Wedding Party Introductions -
More commonly known as the Grand Intro. This is a perfect way to
introduce members of your wedding and give them their 5 minutes of
fame. With the help of carefully selected music,your entrance will set the
mood for the night.
Dinner Hour -
Music of your choice will be played at this time to get the guests settled
Toasts and Announcements - Time to get the guests attention! The
wireless microphone is always available for anyone to speak!
First Dances -
